Combustion Chamber fabrication

  Parts designed using the Solidworks sheet metal feature are cut out using a CNC plasma table provided by Walker’s Welding Repair and Fabrication. 

After sections are cut they are rolled and prepared for the welding process. 

Each piece is fitted to ensure proper alignment. .

The separate sections were welded together ensuring airtight seals between components. 

The inner flame tube is fabricated separate and attached later. 

The combustion chamber finished.
